Mr. Jin joined EIC Education in 2001. He assumed CEO of EIC Education since January
2021, with 20 years of general management experience in international education
across
marketing, branch office operation and corporate strategies. Mr. Jin led over 10+
new
offices opening, and spearheaded test preparation products development and digital
marketing initiatives including EIC Channel and Journey to Study Aboard.

Ms. Guo has extensive experience in various professional service industries. Before
joining EIC in 2014, she worked for investment banking of Merrill Lynch, Citigroup,
and Qiming Venture Partners. She has been deeply involved in the education industry
for the last 10 years and is currently leading the product development and business
operation of EIC Consulting.
Ivis Liu

Ms. Liu has more than 20 years of experiences in the international education
industry. She joined EIC Education in 2001 and has successively served as the
Director of the Group's Australia and New Zealand Division, the General Manager of

Lee Zhang
Vice President and General Manager of North China Region, EIC Consulting
Mr. Zhang has lived in the UK for many years and has engaged in the international education industry for nearly 20 years after obtaining a Master's degree. He has rich experiences in operations and management. In 2010, Mr. Zhang joined EIC Education and successively served as the General Manager of the EIC Consulting Beijing Branch, the General Manager of North China Region, and the Vice President of of EIC Consulting.

Ms. Chai returned from New Zealand in 2002 after completing her studies. She
developed her expertise across all country destinations through her hands-on
experience in almost all frontline positions. She served the senior management
positions in many education consulting companies before joining EIC, and has
accumulated more than 20 years of industry experience.
In 2016, Ms. Chai was invited to participate in the publication of two National
Standards for overseas education industry.
Qingli Zheng
Director of Operations, Product Center EIC Test Preparation
MSc Applied Linguistics, University of Oxford.
Mr. Zheng has over 15 years' experience in the language training and test
preparation sector. He has served as speaking examiner for Cambridge MSE tests and
Academic Director at Cambridge ClassServer China.
Mr. Zheng was awarded High Distinction for his dissertation at Oxford University and
scored 8.5 in IELTS. In addition, he has published 4 books and is very popular among
students. During the15 years' career, he has successfully supported families in
their international education planning, with many students admitted to Oxbridge and
other top universities around the world.
William Tao
Director of Product Center North America program, and Director of EIC Online Test-Prep program
Master degree from Renmin University of China.
Mr.Tao was the teaching and research manager of ETS TOEFL Junior China Promotion
Management Center.
He has a deep insight into TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and other North American exams.
He participated in writing "GRE Core Vocabulary", and the books and materials he
wrote are widely used by students.
