Ms. Guo has extensive experience in various professional service industries. Before
joining EIC in 2014, she worked for investment banking of Merrill Lynch, Citigroup,

for the last 10 years and is currently leading the product development and business
operation of EIC Consulting.

Ms. Liu has more than 20 years of experiences in the international education
industry. She joined EIC Education in 2001 and has successively served as the
Director of the Group's Australia and New Zealand Division, the General Manager of
the EIC Guangzhou Branch, the General Manager of South China Region One, and the
Vice President of of EIC Consulting.
Mr. Zhang has lived in the UK for many years and has engaged in the international education industry for nearly 20 years after obtaining a Master's degree. He has rich experiences in operations and management. In 2010, Mr. Zhang joined EIC Education and successively served as the General Manager of the EIC Consulting Beijing Branch, the General Manager of North China Region, and the Vice President of of EIC Consulting.
Ms. Chai returned from New Zealand in 2002 after completing her studies. She
developed her expertise across all country destinations through her hands-on
experience in almost all frontline positions. She served the senior management
positions in many education consulting companies before joining EIC, and has
accumulated more than 20 years of industry experience.
In 2016, Ms. Chai was invited to participate in the publication of two National
Standards for overseas education industry.

Mr. Zheng has over 15 years' experience in the language training and test
preparation sector. He has served as speaking examiner for Cambridge MSE tests and
Academic Director at Cambridge ClassServer China.
Mr. Zheng was awarded High Distinction for his dissertation at Oxford University and
scored 8.5 in IELTS. In addition, he has published 4 books and is very popular among
students. During the15 years' career, he has successfully supported families in
their international education planning, with many students admitted to Oxbridge and
other top universities around the world.
